Catch up: Nails, Kisses & KPOP

Hello Lovlies,
Long time no chat...let me update you with my "wild" nanna tales.
You've heard the saying "drugs, sex and rock'n'roll" right? Well this is the tame nanna version : Nails, kisses and kpop.

butter london no more waity kaity, ulta 3 enchanted

In the beginning of November, I was able to meet Natalia of cats_n_nails blog. It started with a swap (above) and ended with a shopping haul. I was in fangirl mode at meeting someone else who shared the same enthusiasm for nail polish. She's like the yoda of nail polish! Padiwan nana learnt a lot!

lush : lemon fluttery cuticle butter and solid perfume in orange blossom

Natalia is a crazy enabler but I managed to resist and at the end of the day only bought one nail polish and a couple of lush products. You can see Natalia's nail haul here. I had a lovely time and we discussed organising a Perth meet up for bloggers next year! Anyone interested, let us know.

L-R essence snow white collection - the huntsman, prince charming, evil queen, sleepy, bashful

Just recently, I got some loving from blogger Louisa from Singapore. In the form of a swap...I meant. Don't get the wrong idea, girlies. The package contained an eos lip balm and nail polishes from revlon, O.P.I and the essence snow white collection. I'm very excited to get some swatches up for you guys soon.

eos lip balm - sweet mint, revlon minted, opi living daylights, choccies!

The thing I don't like about getting chocolates internationally is now I don't know where to get my hands on them. I'll be craving for those meiji melty kisses and peppermint roca till I visit Asia sometime. Great choccie choices Louisa, loved them all.

Last but not least is my attendance at the Sydney concert of sexy, beast Jay Park. The queue was crazy for this guy. It crossed about 3 blocks outside the theatre and I had never seen so many Asians in one place (well other than an Asian country).  He performed his hit korean songs and a couple of english renditions. My favourite was his encore performance, "know your name" below:

My most memorable quote from him was "I'm not a stripper, I'm a singer!" when the girls screamed for him to take off his shirt. He was teasing the crowd as he took off his shirt 2 songs later. I was totally there for the music *shifty eyes*

Highlights of the last couple of months. That's it from me and like any long lost friend, I promise to call you after this catch up...

xoxo
